I was surprised at how easy this bed was to set up and how comfortable it is. It’s a real mattress, not a flimsy fold up deal. I was a worried about ordering it without being able to test it, but now I’m glad I did. Give it a try. You’ll sleep better for it.

For starters, I was very skeptic about a bed in a box.. I couldn’t find many reviews or feedbacks on them either, so I bit the bullet and bought it.. I got it in and thought there is no way this is going to work.. I unwrapped everything and followed the instructions (very simple) and it is amazing.. I slept like a baby for the first time in a while.. I ordered a pillow top mattress pad just in case, but really wish I had waited. It is super comfy and I would recommend it to anyone.. For the price and quality it is unbeatable.. You cant beat this mattress..

I purchased this mattress, and was hoping for a very soft, almost pillow-like feel. After waiting for 1 1/2 days after opening for it to regain 11 inch height (it never did), I decided to go ahead and just try sleeping on it. It is definitely NOT a pillowtop. It looks like it, but it is not soft. This is a VERY firm mattress. I wake up with very sore shoulders every day from sleeping on it. Since I’m pregnant, I was really hoping for something a little more comforting. I was (and still am after sleeping on it for almost a month now) a very unhappy customer.
