It’s so nice getting into a warm bed at night vs. waiting, shivering for 15 minutes when getting into a cold bed. This product does everything it claims to do – preheat function, 10-hour timer, etc. Works like a charm!!! Thanks Sunbeam!

My husband and I purchased this mattress pad in Feb 09 and have absolutely loved using it until tonight, when it stopped working. It only flashes F2 at us now. I’m disappointed that it quit working and we haven’t even gotten a full year’s use out of it. I’m going to contact Sunbeam’s CS and see what they can do to help us out.

We really like the features of this mattress warmer. The “preheat” function is new to us, and is quite lovely. We haven’t had this mattress warmer long, but are very happy with it. Hopefully it will hold up to years of use as others we have purchased in the past have.
