I was surpised how well it worked for the price. I have been using it for about two weeks and it took a couple days to get used to but it is helpful to achieve alter states of consciousness or just a relaxing state.
It has 21 pre programs and you can either use you own CD’s or the audiostrobe CD’s to create your own light/ sound session. Also a helpful tool for the Ganzfeld experiment.
