Review: Dream Essence Sleep Mask with Aromatherapy

Yep, its PINK. But only on the outside.

There are dozens of sleep masks available. Here comes a special one. It comes in “ShabbyChicPink” which will certainly stick out and be the joy of all you pink-addicts out there ;-)  (don’t worry though, the mask itself is 100% lightproof, you will not be forced to have pink dreams…)

But that is not the only thing special about the “Dream Essence Sleep Mask with Aromatherapy for Health and Relaxation”: it has a small pouch in the front, where you can place a sachet with herbs or anything else that smells. Personally I love to fall asleep surrounded by the scent of grapefruit. Just wet a little piece of cloth with the inscent, put it into the front pocket of the mask, works perfectly.

One sachet with lavender/chamomile is already included. And yes – you can easily remove the sachet, hand-wash the mask, let it dry and then put the sachet back in place.

Favorite quote from the official product description:  “Our Aromatherapy sleep masks are not just for the ladies, help the men in your life find some time for a little R & R as well.” Yep, right.

I can not tell you if it fits your face – noses are different… ;-) but it fits me, and the form seems to be designed to fit a broad range of face sculptures pretty well.

I do not use it for normal sleep, but its great for my PowerNapping sessions during the day. I am sure you will love it. And with around 25 bucks its not overpriced either.

Verdict: nice thingy to have for frequent flyers, light-haters and for power-napping during the day.
