I placed the order on Feb 28, but did not receive the package even on April 12. I called the customer service, and was told that the item has never been shippped, while I do not receive any information about that. Moreover the customer service even don’t bother to say SORRY.

This product is so uncomfortable to use, that it rarely comes out of the drawer. You can’t sleep on it, so unless you want to lay on it for a significant amount of time, it really won’t work for its intended purpose.

I suffer from neck pain, migraines, tmj and fibromyalgia. If you are in severe enough pain, you are willing to try anything. Unfortunately this product did not offer me any relief at all. I found it awkward, flimsy and uncomfortable. I have herniated discs in my neck, so my pain level may be worse than some. This is in the pile of all the other appliances that promise but don’t deliver.

This product is cheaply made and I would expect it to have sold for a lot less money. They should make a washable cover for the foam area, too. Think of all the dirty necks and hair. Yuk! Time will tell if it helps with the tension in the neck. Don’t plan on purchasing anymore of these.
