I sleep on my side and heard that a pillow between the knees helps make that more comfortable. I have rather bony knees…so I tried. This one is well shaped and fits. It is a rather soft foam, though. I think it would work better if it were a higher density foam, or a memory foam.

WHEN I FIRST RECEIVED IT I THOUGHT IT WAS KIND OF SMALL AND WOULD NOT HELP
BUT AFTER USING IT I CHANGED MY MIND AND BELEIVE MOST PEOPLE WOULD BENEFIT FROM USING IT.

I have defintely felt a difference with my lower back pain since I started using this. When I first got the pillow, I layed on my side without it to see how it felt and then put the pillow between my legs to compare and I immediately felt relief. I have been using this every night since I got it and am so glad I purchased it.

Have lower back pains, and this really does the trick. Find my self waking to get it when I’ve forgoten it en route to bed. Highly Recommend…
