Deep-delta.com is a site made by sleep-enthusiasts for sound sleepers and those who want to become one.
Site admin is Martin Hoffmann, who also writes most of the reviews and articles.
He was born as a German some decades ago (which is quite obvious from his over-complicated and not always correct grammar…), spent several years as product manager and chief consultant in the IT- and consulting business, used to be a travel journalist for the German “Outdoor” magazine before that, and nowadays calls himself a “dropout”.
Martin is the founder of a (soon to be) ecovillage/community project, but far away from being the classic treehugger type. For many years he has been researching (and actively applying) brainwave entrainment, hypnosis, (serious) meditation and other means of “self improvement” on the edge between ancient traditions and modern technology and science.
He offers consulting for anyone “on the path” to self-discovery and has recently started to share more and more of his knowledge and experience with the public – one of the results is this website.
