As of March 3, 2009, I have yet to receive the product. I have exchanged emails twice with this company and had one phone conversation and have been promised action as well as a return phone call on two seperate occasions following an email exchange but the calls were not forthcoming. I have called on several occasions but their phone does not get answered. I still want the merchandise (I am facing surgery soon and I need something like this) but it appears that the company does not intend to send it, although they readily accepted payment.
